With over 25 years of experience in creating value for owners and developers, our founder Michael Goldban spent his career as a real estate lawyer, developer and senior retail leasing executive.
 

He has held senior leadership positions at some of the largest and most successful real estate companies, including Forest City Ratner Companies, EQ Office, Brookfield Property Partners and CIM Group. Michael has extensive retail leasing and mixed-use development experience, along with deep knowledge of most major markets.
 

Michael lives in Westchester, NY with his wife, three daughters and dog Buddy.
